YES! All experience levels are welcome. Resources for beginning, intermediate, and expert coders are provided.
Who can join GWC Club?
GWC Club is for NVHS Students grades 9-12 that identify as female, regardless of their experience with Coding.
What do you do in GWC Club?
GWC is much like a "think tank" of students that want to come together and explore app making, game and web design, and various coding languages. Some of the things that may be covered include:
- Discussing current technology trends
- Learning various coding languages
- Exploring free coding and computer science resources on the web
- Hearing from guest speakers in the coding and computer science industry
- Working together with other students with similar interests
